Â
Supplied Solution is pleased to announce that MOXA's entire ioLogik E1200 series of remote Ethernet I/O products have passed Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certification. UL certification includes a battery of tests that scrutinize for defects and subject the product to extreme temperature and high voltage. Moxa’s ioLogik E1200 series of remote Ethernet I/O products met all UL criteria, certifying their durability and safety when used in extreme environments.
Â
Moxa has also expanded the ioLogik E1200 family with the addition of four new analog modules that feature a variety of analog I/O combinations to fit specific application requirements. The ioLogik E1200 has a unique design with two embedded switch ports which can form a daisy-chain topology that connects each ioLogik in a series to the next. Compared to traditional Ethernet star networks, a daisy-chain topology reduces implementation costs from wires, switches, and labor. This makes it ideal for distributed data acquisition systems.
Â
ioLogik E1200 products also support Moxa's Active OPC Server for seamless connections with SCADA systems. Active OPC server can provide instant I/O status reports with "active tags." This event-driven active tags produce I/O response times that are seven times faster than other OPC server packages, and also reduce network traffic by up to 80%.
Â
